Coming soon: Meaning of work and management practices, new e-learning on Icam à vie

Built up in partnership with the "Meaning and Work" Chair, the association will shortly be launching a new course entitled "Meaning of Work and Management Practices", accessible on the Icam à Vie e-learning platform:

what is the meaning of work? How does the meaning we give to our work influence our commitment to it? What managerial practices can help employees give meaning to their work?

This launch coincides with theimminent arrival in your mailbox of issue 205 of Icam Liaisons magazine, on the theme of "sens du travail, sens au travail. Cheminements".
