1/ Use your Icam e-mail address (by clicking on CAS ICAM): prénom.nom@promo.icam.fr (example: jean.dupont@1974.icam.fr)
2/ With your contact address: personal or professional (example: paul@yahoo.fr)
3/ With your login: firstname.lastname (example: jean.dupont)
