Icam Alumni, with the support of the "meaning and work" chair, launches a new e-learning course: the imprint of work

How can we give meaning back to the profession of manager?

This three-chapter course is designed to help you put the spotlight back on the manager's job by understanding how to leave a positive footprint. Start by exploring the influence managers have on their direct collaborators, and the different levers at their disposal. Then discover the two forms of imprint: the trace left and the impression, i.e. what he can imprint through his work. Finally, consider the collective dimension of the imprint, its transmission, not forgetting the intrinsic risks of this new way of thinking about the manager's work.
