A year ago, the Sens et Travail Chair and the alumni association began working together to prepare the Rencontres Icam on the theme of "Succeeding together". During the two semesters of preparation, two groups of 5th year Scientific Dissertation students took turns. In the field, they interviewed young engineers and their managers, analyzing the surveys and highlighting the expectations, paradoxes and needs of both populations.

At the Rencontres Icam on March 21, experts, managers, students and engineering alumni extended their thoughts and drew up the profile of a manager concerned with the collective and sustainable success of his or her team.

The summary of all this work is now available in the online document below, and provides an initial definition of what might be termed "integral management".
