The IESF Annual Survey aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the socio-professional situation of French engineers and scientists.

It's a unique opportunity to make your voice heard and to promote your training and career as an Icam graduate. The more participants there are, the more significant the results will be. Nearly 450 Icam engineers have already taken the time to complete the survey!

The results of the survey will enable you to keep abreast of the situation on the engineering job market, and thus position yourself in relation to other French engineers and scientists. It's a key tool for developing your career and negotiating your salary.

You can take the survey from March 31 to May 31, 2025. The "express" part of the questionnaire will only take about ten minutes. Answers are completely anonymous.

Those who enter their email address at the end of the questionnaire will receive the results of the survey in PDF format in October 2025.
